Our Process

Our interior and spatial design process from concept to completion evolves in three distinct phases.

Interior design materials including fabric swatches, tile samples, paint chips, color palettes, black plates with dried pink flowers, brass and black fixtures, and various colored samples arranged artistically.

Phase One

CONCEPT

During Phase One of the design we like to understand styles, tastes, budgets and deadlines and give our clients a vision with a proposed floor plan and design inspiration presentation. We ensure our clients can count on our expertise and experience at all stages, from concept to creation and completion.

Phase Two

ELABORATED 3D DESIGN

Phase two is where the design comes to life, with elaborated 3D drawings of every aspect of the design space. With a focus on the art of design, and expanding creative possibilities, it is this phase where our clients truly see their design space as a reality.

Phase Three

EXECUTION

This phase of the design process is where Dutchess break down the creation of the design into construction language and ensure every single material and finishing is chosen to the finest detail and executed to a level that exceeds our clients expectations. We specialise in successfully creating a collaboration of furniture and fittings, delivering modernised and innovative spaces that will be remembered.
